Let me just say how fabulous your design is! I knew from experience that we would be happy after the project was done, but I am absolutely delighted with the way this turned out. The new finishes and retaining wall not only made an ugly porch beautiful, but it balanced out the entire look of the front of the house. Neighbors walk by and take notice - sometimes they just stand out there for minutes at a time just to look and enjoy the changes! You're a genius - and we're grateful!

You did a project for us many, many years ago in Normandy Estates. You should drive by - your work was in the front of the house. It has really bloomed out and looks its best this month. We get so many compliments. The reason I was writing was because we just finished completing the back yard project. We went with our neighbor who works for one of your competitors and is very well regarded. I just wanted to write because as to customer service and job completion - you blew them away! We just recall how everything looked so great from day 1 and how you bent over backwards in your care to detail. So just thinking about you and wanted to share my compliments with you.

It looks like everything is complete now, and hopefully all the plants will survive whatever kind of winter lays ahead. The project turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with the final results. You have a great talent in being able to create the backyard that we had envisioned, but didn't know how to achieve. You addressed our concerns with the surrounding homes and landscaping and the challenges that came with it. I know we are going to enjoy our yard tremendously. Just a note to let you know how truly thrilled we are about our new patio! It far surpasses what we could have ever imagined, even with your great drawings. All of the teams from Phase One Landscapes that were on hand to give their expertise were the best, but especially Jose who we so enjoyed meeting and who gave us great advice about the final "where to put things" and to supervise every single detail of the project. The crew worked endlessly, was so courteous, cleaned up every day, and produced a beautiful patio and walkway for which we are so grateful. We actually miss their presence. And a huge thanks to you, Scott, for all or your patience and time with us, especially we we revised things so many times. We feel very fortunate to have had your knowledge and expertise on our side.
